The house rises on a old rock, formed through the centuries by calcareous pressure of minerals and this event guarantee a natural taste to lard.

During the visit you could make different kind of degustations, choosing by your preferences.

Minimal Degustation:
A taste of lard on a crouton.

Medium Degustation:
Plates with mix tastes of lard, lard creams, tomatoes, bachon, sirloin of beef. All tipical products…… a bottle of local wine for every table of four persons……. the explanation of lard preparation will be gived to 6-8 persons per groups.

Complete Degustation:
Further the mix tastes plates will be served mix salt pork trays and mix cheese trays.
